Citrus Square
Downtown Sarasota

Citrus Square is a new residential and retail community located in downtown Sarasota on Orange Avenue three blocks north of Main Street. Retail boutiques on the ground level with upscale one- and two-bedroom residences on the above two floors.

CEO-Colony Beach Resort

Pierce Contracting remodeled unit interiors at the Colony Beach Resort -- a total of 250,000 sq. ft. of interior space -- including kitchens and bathrooms for a 220-unit condominium and hotel. In 2003, as a separate project, Pierce Contracting rebuilt the commercial restaurant, kitchen and catering facilities, and added meeting space to a high-rise within a six-week building schedule, at a total building project budget of $2,750,000.

Carolyn’s Retreat
Longboat Key Village

Pierce Contracting handled the assemblage of property and development of six lots on the north end of Longboat Key, Florida, in the village area. Each residence has its own distinctive architectural details. Carolyn's Retreat was completed and sold out within 16 months.
